This policy explains how PropertyInvestiQ sources and attributes the auction data used on the platform. Last updated 27 September 2026.
Auction Data Sources
PropertyInvestiQ’s auction lot data comes from PropertyData, a licensed property-data aggregator whose auction feed draws on listings from Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. We do not scrape auction-house or portal websites directly — that capability exists in our codebase but is switched off by default, and is not enabled in production.
PropertyInvestiQ is an independent analytical platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of PropertyData or any auction house, estate agent, or property listing service whose data may appear on our platform.
Data Accuracy
While we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the data presented, we make no warranty or representation as to its accuracy, completeness, or currency. Third-party data is provided “as is” and may be subject to the terms and conditions of the originating source.
Listing details, guide prices, and auction dates are subject to change without notice and may not reflect the current position. Always verify listing details directly with the relevant auction house before making any investment decision.
Our Analytical Tools
The investment scores, analysis, yield calculations, and other value-added features on this platform are proprietary to PropertyInvestiQ and represent our independent analysis. They do not reflect the views or assessments of any third-party data source.

Responsible Data Practices
- Licensed source. Auction listings are sourced through PropertyData under its terms of service, not scraped from individual auction-house or portal websites.
- Caching within licence limits. We cache PropertyData’s auction data only for as long as its terms of service permit, refreshing national coverage monthly and key cities weekly.
- Minimal data collection. We store only factual data necessary for our analytical services: property addresses, guide prices, auction dates, lot numbers, and basic property characteristics.
- Source attribution. We attribute all auction data to its source and provide links back to the original listing where possible.
Opt-Out for Data Owners
If you operate a website and wish to exclude your content from our platform, please contact us at support@propertyinvestiq.co.uk. We will honour all opt-out requests within 5 working days.
