Privacy notice
PropertyInvestiQ is a UK-based service operating under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This notice explains what personal data we hold, why, the legal basis, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights. Last updated 27 September 2026.
Who we are (data controller)
PropertyInvestiQ is operated by JourneyForce Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 13893425), registered office 32 Byron Hill Road, Harrow On The Hill, Middlesex, England, HA2 0HY, VAT 403357817. For any privacy question or to exercise a right, contact support@propertyinvestiq.co.uk.
What we collect & why (lawful basis)
- Account data — email, encrypted password (or your linked Google account), sign-up date, and your consent choices. Basis: contract (to provide your account).
- Usage data — which scores and analyses you run, with timestamps. Basis: contract (quota metering) and legitimate interests (bug-fixing).
- Subscription data — plan, status, renewal date, and a Stripe customer reference. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us. Basis: contract and legal obligation (accounting).
- Saved lots — auction lots on your watchlist. Basis: contract.
- Support history — messages you send us. Basis: legitimate interests (support).
- Marketing — only if you opt in. Basis: consent (withdraw any time in your profile).
We do not collect third-party tracking cookies, advertising IDs, or your physical address.
Who we share it with (sub-processors)
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the service. Each processes only the data needed for its purpose:
- Stripe — payments & card processing (subscription + billing data).
- Supabase — database hosting (all account, usage and saved-lot data), EU region.
- Render — application hosting (data in transit through the backend).
- Netlify — hosting for the public website and app front end.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (your email address + message content).
- Google — optional Sign-In (if you choose SSO).
- Anthropic — powers AI-assisted property analysis (property details you analyse may be sent to Claude), live on Investor tier and above.
- Sentry — error monitoring for the backend, so we can find and fix bugs.
- Umami — cookieless website analytics; collects no personal data.
- PropertyData — supplies the auction listings and property/area data behind your scores and analyses.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: show you everything we hold (subject access request), correct inaccurate data, delete your data (we keep only what we legally must, e.g. accounting records), restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format.
Export is self-serve: use Download my data in Account → Data & Privacy for a JSON copy of everything we hold. To delete your account, email support@propertyinvestiq.co.uk and we will action it within 30 days, usually the same week.
Cookies & analytics
We use a strictly-necessary session token to keep you logged in (stored in your browser). If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies as part of that sign-in. We measure aggregate site usage with Umami, a cookieless analytics service that collects no personal data and no cross-site identifiers. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your data, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (0303 123 1113). We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first — email support@propertyinvestiq.co.uk.
