These terms govern your use of PropertyInvestiQ, operated by JourneyForce Ltd (company no. 13893425, registered office 32 Byron Hill Road, Harrow On The Hill, Middlesex, England, HA2 0HY, VAT 403357817). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Last updated 27 September 2026.

1. What the service is

PropertyInvestiQ provides property-investment research and analysis tools — scoring, calculators, area intelligence, auction data and sourcing — built on UK property data. It is an information and analysis tool only.

2. Not financial, investment or legal advice

Nothing on PropertyInvestiQ constitutes property, investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any property. Scores, estimates and analyses are derived from third-party and public data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and decisions. Always consult a suitably qualified professional before making an investment.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Don’t share your login or impersonate anyone.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Refunds are handled per our published refund guidance in the Help Centre and your statutory rights; statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply where relevant.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, resell or redistribute our data or output, reverse-engineer the service, circumvent usage limits, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.

6. Data & intellectual property

The service surfaces data from sources including HM Land Registry, Ordnance Survey, Royal Mail, GeoPlace, the Office for National Statistics, EPC, Ofsted, Article 4 directions and PropertyData (see the footer for full attribution and our Data Policy). We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service and its output for your own property research. We retain all rights in the platform and our compiled analysis.

7. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to its courts. Questions: support@propertyinvestiq.co.uk.
